I installed grease monkey(a firefox extension) and installed a script from the link below
script:- http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/13421 (a button to right of the page)
when i search in any thing in google i get an option to open with zoho viewer.It opens many office format docs like .doc,.pdf,.swf,.html,.xls etc...
for eg search ppt - u get open@zoho option.
jus install and have fun...
Zoho is free it seems.no login sign ups needed...
Opens easily and swiftly.
